This shop is for consumers buying for personal use. Business buyers (for example with a valid EU VAT number) may still order. VAT is applied according to Lithuanian and EU tax rules.
Catalog items can be ordered through the website. We may refuse or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, details are incorrect, or we suspect fraud. You must provide accurate billing and shipping details. We send order updates by email.
We ship only after the order is paid and confirmed. Custom or made-to-order pieces are not sold as standard catalog checkout items. They are arranged only after you contact us and we agree the specification in writing.
Prices shown on the website include VAT where VAT applies. Our accounting currency is euro (EUR). VAT invoices are issued in EUR. If you view prices in another currency, the amount is a conversion of the EUR price. See Currencies and Rates.
Prices and availability may change. If we find a pricing error after you order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel.
Payment is required before we ship. Available methods are shown at checkout (for example bank transfer). Other payment providers may be added later. Until payment is received and the order is confirmed, we do not dispatch the goods.
We ship to the countries listed in our Shipping policy. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on destination and the courier. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges outside the rules that already include VAT in the price are the recipient’s responsibility.
If you buy as a consumer in the EU/EEA (or another country with equivalent consumer law), you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. This follows Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Lithuanian consumer law.
To withdraw, contact us via the contact form or email, with your order number. You then return the goods according to our instructions. For a change of mind, you pay the return shipping. We refund the purchase price (and standard outbound shipping, where the law requires it) after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
Custom and made-to-order items are not returnable except where they are defective or not as agreed. They are made to your specification and are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right.
If the parcel or goods arrive damaged, or we sent the wrong item, tell us as soon as you notice (photos help). The 14-day consumer framework still applies. In these cases we cover return shipping. We will repair, replace, or refund as required by law.
Photographs are illustrative. Natural amber varies in colour, size, and inclusions. That variation is not a defect.
To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).
Images, logos, and content on this website belong to the seller. Do not use them without prior written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. EU consumer protection directives apply where they grant you rights that cannot be waived. Disputes are heard by the competent courts of Lithuania. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the courts or alternative dispute procedures available in your country of residence where the law allows.
